The new Disneyland Pictures movie “Tomorrowland” is out.

No spoilers! Well, we’ll try anyway.

If you haven’t seen it , we recommend you do. It’s not a movie about Space Mountain or the locked-in-time view of tomorrow you get at Disneyland. In fact, Disney Pictures  “Tomorrowland” is not at all about Disneyland’s “Tomorrowland”.

Before the movie came out, director Brad Bird and screenwriter Damon Lindelof stopped in at Google to talk about the making of the “Tomorrowland” movie, the future, the magic of of the word “tomorrowland” and Admiral Ackbar. Yes, a far reaching discussion.

This video also introduces you to Take Me To Tomorrowland, an awesome 360 interactive site created by Google. And, if that’s not enough, questions from the live audience.

Here’s their Talk at Google, produced by MediaOne Studios.

And yes, Brad is currently writing “Incredibles II”. Ok, so spoiler.

Additional Cool Info:

Brad Bird won Oscar’s “Best Animated Feature Film of the Year” for The Incredibles in 2004 and again in 2007 for Ratatouille. He was also the voice for Edna ‘E’ Mode and Director of 2 episodes of “The Simpsons”.

Damon Lindelof is a writer and producer, known for Lost (2004), Prometheus (2012) and Star Trek Into Darkness (2013). He was also a writer for the TV series “Crossing Jordan” and “Avatar: The Last Mindbender”. In 2011, he played the roll of “kicked man” in the TV series “House M.D.”

Jet packs for everyone! It is that close, it can happen.
